Who we are
Tremblay Avocats is made up of a strong multidisciplinary team, including paralegals, legal and accounting technicians, account managers, and collectors. The firm is led by Anouk Tremblay, lawyer and president of Tremblay Avocats. She graduated from HEC (B.B.A.) in 1989 and from the Université de Sherbrooke (LLB) in 1992 and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1993.
Her extensive experience and unique specialization in debt recovery and mortgage repossessions are widely recognized. She has built strong loyalty among many financial institutions over the years while also developing new business relationships. Throughout her career, Ms. Tremblay has developed an integrated approach to debt recovery.
Karine Lacombe-Joseph complements the legal team, having joined Tremblay in 2007. She graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2004. Ms. Lacombe is an expert in banking law, particularly in recovery and enforcement of securities. Known for her unmatched efficiency and rigor in managing litigation files, she appears before all legal instances and offers her clients insightful advice.
